About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a fast-growing, independent creative agency built around one simple belief — great ideas, executed brilliantly, driving real business impact.

This isn’t a process-heavy, layered agency environment. It’s lean, collaborative and ideas-first, where the people doing the work are the people talking to clients, and where momentum matters.

You’ll play a key role in delivering integrated, campaign-led work connecting the dots across channels and ensuring everything lands with clarity and impact.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the bigger picture — campaigns, strategy and how everything fits together — but is equally comfortable getting stuck in and making things happen.

Ideally you’ll have experience working with TV/AV, radio, VOD, photography and OOH. Or at least most of these and understand adaptation, delivery and versioning.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Act as the day-to-day lead across key accounts, building trusted, direct relationships
  • Be confident in conversations — clear, concise and solutions-focused

Campaign Delivery

  • Lead the delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple touchpoints
  • Ensure work is joined-up, on-brand and aligned to campaign objectives
  • Deliver the balance of great campaign work alongside high quality and profitability

Brief to Delivery

  • Take briefs and run with them — translating strategy and comms into actionable outputs
  • Keep momentum high without relying on layers of process or direction

Project Ownership

  • Manage complex projects with multiple moving parts and tight timelines
  • Keep internal teams aligned and delivery on track

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, strategy and production teams to bring ideas to life

    Quality & Oversight

    • Maintain a high standard across all outputs, ensuring consistency and impact
    • Spot challenges early and solve them before they become issues

    Knowledge, Technology & Experience

    • Agency experience (c.5+ years+) in an Account Manager / SAM role
    • Strong background in campaign-led, creative work
    • Understanding of the full marketing mix — brand, comms and channels
    • Experience working in a fast‑paced, agile agency environment
    • Confidence managing projects and stakeholders independently

    • Strong communication skills — clear, confident and to the point
    • Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple moving projects
    • Commercial awareness and understanding of campaigns
    • Ability to connect strategy, creative and delivery seamlessly
