Planning Senior Associate – London, Central
We are seeking a Planning Senior Associate to join a leading London law firm. The role involves a range of development planning work, including numerous S106 agreements on mixed-use schemes, hotel developments and student accommodation, as well as CPO matters and general real estate support. Responsibilities
- Handle development planning work including S106 and S278 agreements on complex schemes.
- Advise on CPO matters and provide real estate support to planning teams.
- Collaborate with partners and clients to support project delivery and regulatory processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ to 9+ years PQE in planning or related real estate practice.
- Experience with development projects, housing, regeneration, and public inquiries or judicial reviews is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
