We’re exclusively partnering with a growing financial services organisation that is investing in its Third Party Risk capability. The team is expanding and still relatively greenfield, offering a genuine opportunity to put your own stamp on frameworks, processes and governance structures.
This is a high-impact, visible role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and the wider business to strengthen and mature the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end third-party due diligence and onboarding
- Overseeing new supplier contracts and renewals to ensure alignment with risk appetite
- Enhancing and embedding supplier governance frameworks and controls
- Managing supplier audits and ongoing risk monitoring
- Acting as a key escalation point and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Producing clear, insightful reporting across supplier risk, performance and spend
What they’re looking for:
- At least 3 years’ Third Party Risk / Supplier Risk experience, ideally within a regulated environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills – confident influencing and challenging senior leaders
- Experience operating in environments where frameworks are being built, enhanced or matured
- The ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic, workable processes
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to drive change
