About this opportunity

To manage the development and effective delivery of the Central Business Function and to provide operational support to the service manager and registered managers, which includes reablement, overnight and domiciliary support services.

Fully office based, you will be expected to travel between Allerdale House and Cumbria House to support your team. You will manage, coordinate and support the consistent practice of Senior Reablement Coordinators and Reablement Coordinators, ensuring quality service planning that is focused on continual improvement and supporting timely access to care and support services for customers.
