Job Description
Our CFO Advisory team is urgently looking to hire a fractional CFO to support our technology client 3‑5remos a week.
Our client is a rapidly scaling early‑stage technology business at the forefront of transforming the global digital economy. We are looking to appoint a strong and experienced CFO to guide them through a time of immense change, growth and opportunity. The successful candidate will have a mandate to prepare the finance organisation for future global expansion, starting from the critical fundraising stage to global expansion within the next 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Capital Raising:
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive capital‑raising strategies to secure multi‑million funding targets.
- Cultivate and leverage trusted relationships with global investors, including US, Middle East, Europe, and Asia, to secure investments.
- Investor Relations:
- Maintain and nurture existing investor relationships while actively seeking new strategic partners.
- Communicate the company’s financial performance, strategy, and vision to investors effectively.
- Financial Strategy:
- Collaborate with the executive team to refine and execute the financial strategy aligned ทดลองใช้ฟรี future growth objectives.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to support decision‑making.
- Financial Governance:
- Ensure financialzeko compliance with regulatory requirements in multiple global markets.
- Oversee financial reporting and transparency for investors and stakeholders.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with our business model and expansion plans.
- Implement risk management practices to politikkāthe company’s financial stability.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Seek out and assess strategic partnerships that can enhance the company’s value proposition and accelerate growth.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in raising capital from global investors, with a focus on the US, Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Successful track record of closing dealsndloque markets.
- Network: Extensive network of trusted relationships with leading investors in the specified regions.
- Financial Expertise: Strong financial acumen, including financial strategy development, governance, and risk management.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a dynamic finance team and contribute to overall company leadership.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Blockchain and AI: Familiarity with blockchain and AI technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
