My client is continuing to invest in the growth of its highly regarded Corporate team and is keen to speak with talented lawyers from experienced Associate through to Senior Associate, Legal Director and Partner level.

The Role
Working alongside an experienced and highly respected team, you’ll advise on a varied mix of matters including:
Mergers & acquisitions
Company sales and acquisitions
Management buyouts and buy-ins
Corporate restructures and reorganisations
Shareholder and investment agreements
Joint ventures
General corporate and commercial advisory work
The role offers plenty of client contact and the opportunity to take ownership of transactions from instruction through to completion. More senior candidates will also have the opportunity to play an active role in mentoring junior lawyers, developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
About You

Have strong corporate law experience gained within a commercial practice.

Can manage transactions confidently with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
