• Attend breakdowns, repairs, and routine maintenance visits
• Work safely at all times, following health & safety procedures
• Deliver a high standard of service and customer care
• Use digital systems to log work and support first-time fixes
• Take part in the out-of-hours call-out rota

Escalator Service EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience with escalators and/or moving walkways
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
• NVQ Level 3 (or working towards with good progress)
• Great communication and a customer-focused mindset
• Full UK driving licence
