We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to drive new business across the healthcare, senior living, education and leisure sectors for a leading UK Foodservice organisation. Their focus is on delivering efficiency, compliance and value, helping clients run smoother, safer and more cost‑effective environments.
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, high‑impact Business Development Manager to spearhead new business across the healthcare, senior living, education and leisure sectors. You’ll own the full sales cycle: generating leads, building campaigns, managing pipelines, driving tenders, delivering demos and closing deals.
This is a new‑business role where you’ll create opportunities, influence decision‑makers, sell the company’s value‑led solutions and secure long‑term partnerships. You’ll work independently, travel extensively, collaborate with a wider team, and consistently hit targets while acting as a standout ambassador for the brand.
About You
You will ideally have experience as a National Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Manager within a foodservice organisation. Exposure to customers in healthcare, education, care home or the leisure sector is desirable, but not essential.
You’ll bring a strong track record of winning new business, exceeding sales and margin targets, and confidently closing deals. You understand solution‑led selling, communicate with impact, and have the commercial sharpness to engage stakeholders at every level. Energetic, resilient and highly organised, you thrive under pressure, lead from the front and deliver with pace, precision and integrity. This role is field‑based, with travel to clients and key meetings as required, so you can be based anywhere in the UK.
What You’ll Get in Return
