Chief Financial Officer | International Growth, Transformation & Exit
A high-growth international business in the travel and cruise sector is appointing a commercially minded CFO to lead the next phase of its growth.
Reporting to the CEO, this is a genuine value-creation role rather than a traditional reporting position. The CFO will lead financial strategy, improve margin and cash performance, support US and European expansion, strengthen financial infrastructure and help prepare the business for future investment and exit.
The successful candidate is likely to come from an international, working-capital-intensive environment such as logistics, freight, maritime, distribution, travel, cruise or another complex trading business.
We’re particularly keen to speak to CFOs who’ve operated in:
- Freight, logistics, distribution, maritime supply or international 3PL
- Multi-currency international trading environments
- US and European markets
- PE-backed, investor-ready or high-growth SME businesses
