Credit Controller

Playced is hiring a Credit Controller in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom.

Job Details:

• Location: Bristol, UK
• Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Seniority Level: Associate

Responsibilities include:

• Matching, checking, and coding of new invoices
• Managing purchase and sales ledger duties
• Making outbound calls to discuss payments with customers
• Identifying and resolving issues related to invoice payments
• Reinstating direct debits to ensure continued business
• Maintaining good communication and understanding with customers

Requirements:

• Experience in chasing and processing customer payments
• Understanding of credit control processes
