Credit Controller – Overview

A varied role focused on credit control, with exposure to wider transactional finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage credit control processes and aged debt
• Issue customer statements and resolve queries
• Support basic reporting and analysis
• Assist with customer account administration
• Provide support across transactional finance activities

Key Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
