The Team
We are seeking ambitious Intern Consultants to join our Corporate Transformation division in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to support complex cross-border transformation projects while learning from highly skilled experts as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
Our Corporate Transformation division partners with blue-chip and high-growth clients across various industries, including travel & leisure, retail & consumer, healthcare & life sciences, industrials, and tech-enabled companies.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in complex operational transformation and financial advisory within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Join a growing international team with strong leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Gain experience in large-scale transformation projects while working as part of a project team.
- Work on diverse assignments and collaborate with other business units such as Private Equity, Restructuring, and Digital.
- Operate as part of a pan-EMEA team, gaining exposure to projects and colleagues across multiple countries, including France, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland.
How you will contribute
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior management and support business development initiatives.
- Conduct essential strategic research and market analysis.
- Perform research on potential targets and help prepare “points of view” documents.
- Support commercial activities, including preparing materials for client pitches.
- Assistin managing intelligence on forthcoming deals.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, with an interest in consulting and the application of AI.
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to distil large datasets into a simple format.
- Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent business-level English (mandatory).
- Additional European language skills (French, Dutch, German, Italian, or Spanish) are highly desirable but not essential.
- UK citizenship or the necessary visa/work permit to be employed during the summer internship program.
