General Manager – Industrial Minerals & Building Materials (Jersey, Channel Islands)
Beaumont Bailey has been retained to identify an experienced General Manager to lead a long-established building materials business in Jersey, Channel Islands.
This is a pivotal role within a respected organisation supplying essential materials to the island’s construction and infrastructure sectors. The incoming leader will take full P&L ownership, guiding a skilled team through the next phase of the business’s development.
Operating within a distinctive regulatory and political environment, this position requires a balance of operational discipline, commercial agility, and strong stakeholder engagement.

- Full commercial and operational leadership of a multi‑operation business
- Develop deep insight into the needs of the island, and respond with creativity, credibility and conviction
- Drive efficiency, profitability, and performance improvement

- Oversee mineral planning, environmental compliance, and sustainable resource management

- Has led asset‑based operations in quarrying, primary and recycled aggregates, or related building materials sectors
- Brings strong commercial acumen and proven P&L management experience
- Navigates regulated and community‑sensitive environments with confidence
- Combines strategic capability with a hands‑on, values‑led leadership style
