Senior Solicitor – Employment – PQE: 5+ years

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including:
- Advising on redundancy, disciplinary matters, grievances, whistleblowing, and discrimination issues
- Conducting and defending Employment Tribunal claims
- Supporting change and restructuring projects
- Drafting articles, legal updates, and contributing to training and business development initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years PQE with proven experience managing your own caseload
- Strong technical knowledge of employment law and Industrial Relations projects
- Experience in Employment Tribunal claims
- Ability to mentor junior fee-earners and work collaboratively
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Interest in business development and client relationship building
