£60,000 plus bonus and excellent package

A high profile FTSE-listed Real Estate business is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst responsible for joint venture accounting, to join its high-performing Financial Reporting team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) to step out of practice into into a broad and engaging role with real ownership and exposure.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the financial reporting of several high-profile joint ventures, acting as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external joint venture partners. This hands-on role offers strong breadth across management reporting, statutory accounts, technical accounting and cash flow management, alongside exposure to funding, distributions and business planning.

You will play a central role in preparing management accounts and board packs, delivering performance analysis and supporting forecasting and annual business planning processes. The role also includes responsibility for cash management, including monitoring funding requirements, preparing cash flow statements and supporting dividend distributions. In addition, you will contribute to technical accounting matters through the preparation of accounting memos, while supporting covenant assessments, transactions and wider group initiatives.

This position sits within a collaborative, high-calibre finance function that encourages ownership, learning and progression. Working closely with teams across Treasury, Tax, FP&A and Capital Markets, you will gain excellent visibility across the business and develop both technical and commercial skillsets.

The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified (or equivalent), ideally from a Big 4 or Top 10 background, with strong technical accounting skills and experience in financial reporting or audit. You will be analytical, detail-oriented and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership will be key to succeeding in this varied and impactful role.
