Leading around 35 locations across the South West of the UK, Line managing 3 Area Managers.
thsi is a core retail role with a focus on customer engagement, product knoweldge and operational standards.
The ideal candidate will oversee sales strategy and target achievements for their area by setting regional sales goals aligned with the business targets. They will develop action plans to grow revenue and market share, analyse sales data and report performance to senior leadership. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support, train and motivate their teams to meet, or exceed KPIs. You will have to have managed field-based managers.
You will have experience managing regional budgets and overseeing territory planning. You will have experience supporting the learning and development of the sales teams and coordinate with head office on their development. You will be confident with tracking and reporting all sales activities an developing and executing sales strategy through market analysis.
In return the company offers a competitive salary of £70-75,000, plus a company car and an annual bonus. Plus lots more!
