What You’ll Do:
Insight Global is seeking a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst to join a leading banking client within their securities business and market enablement program. This individual will work across bonds, repos, and broader Global Markets to deliver strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and front‑to‑back securities processes. They will manage projects end‑to‑end while also getting into the analytical detail; mapping processes, gathering requirements, shaping business solutions, and challenging the status quo. The role requires strong coordination across technology, operations, and front‑office teams, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders, drive timelines, and ensure delivery of critical market‑enablement outcomes. This PM/BA will also interface with external vendors as needed, contribute to business readiness, and support governance, reporting, and communication across the program.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong securities background within an investment bank (bonds, repos, or broader markets)
- Hybrid PM/BA experience; able to drive delivery and perform detailed analysis
- Core project management skillset (planning, RAID, governance, stakeholder management)
- Strong business analysis experience (requirements, process mapping, workflow documentation)
- Ability to challenge, question, and improve existing processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across tech, ops, and front office
- Ability to work across multi‑team environments with competing priorities
