Program Manager – Public Sector/Healthcare

A client in the public-sector advisory space is seeking a Program Manager to join the team for a 12-month leadership development initiative. You will provide the operational backbone for a senior leadership program, ensuring cohesion, structure and consistent delivery.

This role will work closely with senior contributors and act as the central point of coordination to keep the program on track and performing against objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program management and delivery
• Ensure sessions are planned, resourced and attended
• Coordinate senior contributors and hold them accountable for agreed actions
• Manage materials, collateral and deliverables end-to-end
• Track actions, outcomes and progress against objectives

Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience as a Programme Manager or Project Manager
• Strong consulting fundamentals; management consulting background valued
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts
• Able to bring structure, challenge and follow-through with confidence
• Interest or exposure to leadership development beneficial
• Experience in public sector or politically sensitive environments desirable
• BPSS clearance or willingness to obtain
