UPP, the leading infrastructure and services partner to UK universities, is looking to appoint a Commercial Sales & Lettings Director. UPP operates over 35,000 rooms across 15 long‑term university partnerships and is recognised for delivering sector‑leading, sustainable student accommodation supported by best‑in‑class services.

As Commercial Sales & Lettings Director, you’ll lead the strategy and execution behind sales, revenue management, marketing, and residence engagement, ensuring our student accommodation delivers exceptional occupancy, income growth and year‑round commercial performance.

In this senior leadership role, you will be the architect of UPP’s commercial strategy: designing the operating model, embedding data-led decision making, and driving a high‑performing sales and marketing culture across a complex matrix organisation. Working closely with university partners and internal teams, you will effectively shape pricing, demand generation, digital conversion, resident engagement, and new commercial opportunities.

UPP are looking for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can unite teams in delivering a clear vision. If you can produce results, influence stakeholders at every level, bring experience of revenue growth and create an outstanding customer experience that drives occupancy and rebooking, this role offers the scale and impact to match your ambition.

Experience within the Higher Education sector or purpose‑built student accommodation (PBSA) would be advantageous, though candidates from comparable environments will also be considered.
