Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity.

Based in Barrow-In-Furness, with flexibility for some work-from-home days, you will plan and execute multi-platform social media strategies, manage online campaigns, and optimize digital performance using web analytics.

Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with our development team to implement enhanced data capture and monitoring, creating engaging digital content, refining marketing communications, and analyzing campaign metrics to enhance performance.

Further responsibilities will include working alongside our COO to perform day-to-day business operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow our brand, support our franchisees, and increase customer engagement across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with the ability to develop and execute innovative social strategies
  • Strong Communication skills with proficiency in crafting compelling marketing messaging
  • Proficiency in Web Content Writing, with the ability to create engaging and impactful digital content
  • Experience with both App and Web Analytics, including integrating such capabilities into products and analyzing data to measure campaign performance and generate insights
  • Ability to leverage tools and platforms to drive brand visibility and customer engagement
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the food-tech or hospitality industry is an added advantage
