  • Lead the design and delivery of change activities to support successful client transformation.
  • Shape change strategies and assess impacts across complex or secure environments.
  • Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement activity.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to stakeholders.
  • Produce high‑quality change artefacts and documentation.
  • Manage risks, dependencies and support structured delivery.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver clear, evidence‑based outcomes.
  • Work autonomously while collaborating with senior change leaders.
  • Drive the change agenda forward across projects.
  • Ensures adoption of change through a structured, people‑centred approach

  • Proven experience delivering change initiatives within complex or secure digital environments.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering communication and engagement activities end‑to‑end, including shaping messaging, planning stakeholder engagement, and ensuring communications support successful adoption of change.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Analysis.
  • Ability to design and implement change strategies, plans and communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
  • Confidence in advising clients, shaping recommendations and presenting insights.
  • Experience working with structured and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate it into meaningful client‑focused change actions.
  • Strong facilitation skills, leading workshops and engagement sessions with minimal support.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contribute to solution shaping.
  • Strong written communication skills — able to produce clear, high‑quality deliverables.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of delivery risks, impacts and dependencies.
