What you’ll do
- Lead and grow relationships with top‑tier clients in Frankfurt + Benelux
- Recruit for senior‑level business support roles across Europe
- Represent Joss Search at events, roundtables and networking opportunities
- Run full-cycle recruitment supported by dedicated Candidate Managers
- Build a high-quality European candidate network with real depth
Who we’re looking for
You’ll thrive here if you’re:
- An experienced Senior or Principal Recruiter ready to hit the ground running
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial; motivated by building something with huge upside
- Strong on delivery, organisation, relationship‑building and process
- Excited by cross‑border work and international exposure
- (Bonus) Experienced recruiting in Europe
- (Bonus) German-speaking
