Job Description:
We currently require a HCA to support our client with traumatic brain injury
Supporting client within their own home and out in the community
Weekly administrative and oraganisational tasks inclusing budgeting and email communications.
Community activities and appointments including gym, cycling, swimming, shopping and errands.
Domestic support inclusing meal preparation, packing away food delivery.
Fatigue management, emotional support.
Creative arts inclusing crochet, art projects, music, Coffee, meals out.
This is for a female carer only who must have experience with traumatic brain injury
Working times are
Tuesdays 9am-12.30pm
Thursdays 2pm-5.30pm
