They’re now entering a critical growth phase, with a clear roadmap around AI integration and international expansion. This Head of Product Development role in London is central to that journey, owning delivery into North America and working directly with founders, the CTO, and senior stakeholders.
This is a high-impact, senior role in a scaling fintech with direct exposure to founders and strategic decision-making. As Head of Product Development, you’ll shape how the product evolves and how the organisation delivers at scale.
How you’ll make an impact
- Own delivery of the product roadmap across origination, servicing, and intelligence modules
- Lead multiple client workstreams, ensuring structured, high-quality delivery
- Act as senior escalation point for Tier 1 banking clients and stakeholders
- Drive Appian architecture decisions alongside CTO and product leadership
- Translate commercial priorities into clear delivery plans and execution
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team across product and engineering
- Build strong client relationships across banking and legal counterparties
- Integrate AI capabilities into the platform as part of ongoing product evolution
- Improve delivery frameworks, governance, and operational discipline
Why you’re a great fit
Essential:
- Deep, hands-on Appian experience (design, build, deployment)
- Strong experience working with Tier 1 banking or financial services clients
- Proven leadership of product, delivery, or platform teams
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder client environments
- Strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integrations
- Confident operating in client-facing, high-pressure environments
Desirable:
- Experience with Pegasystems or other BPM platforms
- Exposure to AI or data-driven product enhancements
- Background in capital markets, debt markets, or regulated environments
