Head of Customer Operations – Financial Data Vendor

I’m partnering with a leading financial data vendor to recruit a Head of Customer Operations to lead their client-facing operations, sales support, and technical support teams.

Location: London (5 days onsite)

Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 per annum

Sector: Financial Data Vendor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Technical Sales Support, Operations, and Sales Support teams
• Drive CRM (Sugar) usage and contract management processes
• Oversee client onboarding, data feed implementation, and ongoing client support
• Manage reporting, invoicing, and contract administration
• Improve operational efficiency across the sales and client lifecycle

Requirements:

• Proven experience within a financial data vendor environment (essential)
• Strong background in CRM systems, client management, and sales operations
• Experience managing teams and handling multiple workstreams
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
