Student Wellbeing & Engagement Officer

Bristol Brunel Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to promote student welfare, engagement and achievement. You will be a key contact for a cohort, supporting their welfare, attendance and behaviour while coordinating with families and external agencies.

You will monitor attendance, deliver targeted interventions, and maintain accurate records, contributing to a safe, inclusive school environment and supporting safeguarding and wellbeing across the academy.
