- Supporting experienced consultants by sourcing and engaging top-tier technical candidates
- Market mapping in specialist areas such as AI hardware, R&D, and engineering leadership
- Writing clear, compelling messaging and building rapport with niche candidate pools
- Tracking search progress and contributing to project delivery excellence
- Option to progress into 360 consultant work and develop client relationships over time
What You’ll Need
- A strong academic background or prior experience in recruitment/sales
- Passion for technology – especially deep tech, engineering, or hardware markets
- Clear communicator with excellent writing skills and research capability
- Highly motivated, organised, and commercially aware
