The Role of Key Account Manager
- Field based Key Account Manager representing a leading premium luxury homewares brand across Scotland
- Managing and developing a portfolio of circa 90 well-established independent retail accounts
- Focused on driving incremental growth, brand visibility and commercial performance across your account base
- Working closely with retailers to develop product positioning, promotional activity and in-store execution
- Identifying opportunities to increase basket spend, product range and long-term profitability within accounts
- Acting as the key commercial partner to your customers, supporting them with insight, product knowledge and growth strategies
- A true relationship-led account management role, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, structure and long-term partnerships

The Candidate for the Key Account Manager role
- Proven field-based Key Account Management or Territory Management experience
- Whilst managing retailer accounts is advantageous, a strong professional, commercially astute candidate from any industry will be considered
- A strong negotiator
The Package on offer for the Key Account Manager
- up to £50,000 basic salary
- £90,000 OTE (realistic year one)
- Choice of company car
