Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the leadership, learning and capability strategy aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify current and future capability needs.
  • Build scalable leadership development and talent solutions across markets and populations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, managing budgets and external partners to ensure strong commercial value and measurable impact.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Senior experience leading Leadership, Learning, Talent or Organisational Capability within a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • A strong track record of shaping and delivering enterprise-wide leadership and capability strategies.
  • Credibility and confidence to influence and challenge at executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing investment, external partners and measuring impact.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to influence effectively and deliver impact within a fast-changing, evolving environment.
  • Experience leading teams and operating across multiple markets or geographies.
  • A pragmatic, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
