Telephony Complaints Support Handlers

Salary – £160 per day (Inside IR35)

Rochdale/ hybrid

We’re supporting a client with motor finance remediation complaints activity.

This role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, case logging, customer updates, and basic complaint handling.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Provide case updates and log activity accurately
  • Support complaint handling and workflows
  • Escalate complex cases when required

Must haves:

  • Telephony-based customer service / complaints admin experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a regulated financial services environment
  • Previous experience logging complaints on the phone

Details:

  • £160 per day (Inside IR35)
  • Hybrid – 2 days in the office (Rochdale)
  • Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm
  • 6-month contract
