EHCP Support Specialist Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant to support two pupils with EHCPs at a secondary school in Blackpool. The role is full-time, term-time only, with an October 2026 start. You will work with the SENDCo, teachers and families to enable learning and independence for the pupils.

The ideal candidate will have SEND experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach. GCSEs in English and Maths are required, with additional TA/SEND qualifications desirable
