Job Opportunity: Part-Time Credit Controller
2 days / 17 hours per week (Flexible)
Location: Remote with occasional on-site in WC2R, London
Department: Finance
Do you have great time management and interpersonal skills? We’re looking for an organised part-time Credit Controller to work with the Finance Team; overseeing credit control processes across all our group companies, minimising aged debt and building strong relationships with our clients and within our business.
What You’ll Do:
· Daily chasing clients for collections.
· Resolving issues with clients, the finance team, and the sales and delivery team.
· Delivering statements and dunning letters to support collections in line with cadence.
· Building up key relationships with customers, the finance team and the key business stakeholders
· Negotiating payment plans where necessary
· Hitting aged debt targets set
· Providing weekly cash forecasting
· Providing timely and accurate reporting, with commentary. Highlighting risks and recommending actions.
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous experience in a credit control role
· Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels and clients
· Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communications
· Ability to work independently as well as with a team
· Microsoft Office (Excel / Outlook)
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously / strong organisational skills
