The Opportunity
As VP, Product Marketing, you will lead global commercial readiness across product, platform, and distributor launches. You’ll oversee a team and act as the driving force behind launch execution, sales enablement, and ongoing product support.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring products are clearly positioned, well-supported, and aligned with commercial priorities across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing readiness for product and platform launches
- Lead global RFP, RFI, and DDQ processes with a focus on accuracy and scalability
- Drive creation and governance of high-quality, client-ready product materials
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Client Services, and Compliance
- Establish operating models, workflows, and metrics tied to commercial outcomes
- Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in product marketing, proposals/diligence, or sales enablement within asset or wealth management
- Deep expertise across private markets and wealth-oriented fund structures
- Proven leadership of global teams with a “player-coach” mindset
- Strong track record translating complex investment strategies into clear, compelling messaging
- Extensive experience managing RFP/DDQ processes and distributor diligence
