Salary: £55K – £60K

I’m hiring a Social Channels Manager to join a global consumer brand. This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee the execution of organic social strategy, manage a growing team, and deliver high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in social-first campaign delivery, team leadership, and managing fast-paced, reactive environments. You’ll act as the central point of oversight for social channels, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively, on-brand, and aligned with wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of global social campaigns across key brand moments (e.g. launches, events, activations)
  • Translate strategic briefs into clear channel plans with a 360° view across platforms
  • Oversee content planning, scheduling, and publishing across all organic social channels
  • Manage campaign rollout, including timelines, approvals, and cross-functional coordination
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all social output
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and optimise campaigns based on insights
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, audience behaviour, and cultural moments
  • Act as a key point of contact across internal teams including Creative, Brand, and Marketing
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of social specialists, ensuring workload and resource is effectively allocated
  • Maintain strong governance around brand safety, risk, and quality control

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience managing social channels at a senior level
  • Proven experience delivering KPI-driven campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Strong team management experience with the ability to coach and develop junior talent
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced, reactive environments
  • Confident in campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercially aware, with a pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset
  • Deep understanding of social culture, trends, and platform behaviours
