Junior Finance Business Partner

We’re partnering with a highly dynamic, consumer-led business to recruit a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their UK team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible, high-impact role supporting senior stakeholders across a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Reporting into the UK Finance Director, you’ll act as a true partner to the business—providing insight, challenging decisions, and helping shape strategy through robust financial analysis and planning.

The opportunity:

  • Act as a strategic finance partner across key UK and European business areas
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Support areas including advertising, consumer revenue streams, and content
  • Lead on OPEX and COGS analysis, with a focus on profitability and performance
  • Develop financial models to support both existing operations and new initiatives
  • Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based planning processes
  • Partner closely with international teams to support month-end and reporting cycles
  • Own and deliver people planning in collaboration with HR
  • Contribute to a range of commercial projects, from product profitability to business optimisation initiatives

About you:

  • Part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within a fast-moving, consumer-focused environment (e.g. media, FMCG, digital)
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insight
  • Commercially astute, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
