The Role
We are looking for a Mobile Vending Operator to join our London/ South East operations team. This role involves restocking, cleaning, and maintaining high-end vending machines across the region, ensuring they meet the highest standards for our clients.
A key aspect of the role is visiting our Wembley-based hub daily to collect stock before heading out into the field.
You will report to the Lead Driver and will be responsible for:
• Loading and organising deliveries into the van and putting stock away.
• Driving across the Midlands/North region and servicing machines efficiently.
• Using a handheld system to record stock levels and sales data.
• Refilling and cleaning vending machines to company and client standards.
• Ensuring machines are visually appealing and maintained.
• Managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Organising stock to maximise storage space.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused individual with:
• At least 3 years of delivery/driving experience (essential).
• Strong IT skills for data entry and inventory management.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm.
• A full, clean UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 3 years).
Desirable (but not essential):
• Previous experience in vending operations (1 year+)
• Background in retail, catering, or customer service
