Sales ExecutiveLocation: SouthamptonHours: Monday to Friday – 8.00am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)Every other Saturday 8.00am – 12.00pm(With growth, this is expected to reduce to 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays)Salary: Competitive salary negotiable depending on industry experience

The RoleWe are currently seeking a confident and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join a busy and growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service, and contributing to sales growth.You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, supporting them both over the phone and face to face, while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Previous experience within a similar industry is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

  • Quoting, processing, and picking customer orders
  • Managing customer returns and resolving queries efficiently
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
  • Proactively identifying and developing new customer accounts
  • Trade counter sales and face-to-face customer interaction
  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone sales
  • Working closely with the wider team to meet sales and service targets

About You:

  • Confident dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
  • Comfortable working as part of a team, while also being self-motivated when working independently
  • Computer literate, with the ability to process orders and manage customer data accurately
  • Sales-focused with a strong customer service mindset
