Law Staff Legal Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor for a national law firm with 12 offices nationwide. The role can be based in Birmingham or the Midlands with hybrid working.
The successful candidate will handle acquisitions and disposals, asset management, property funds, landlord and tenant, and development matters, supported by full secretarial or paralegal assistance. Salary £52,000–£65,000 plus a bonus, plus 23 days holiday and pension.
