Job Description:

Production / Delivery Manager

At Abstract, we’re a growing creative agency working with global brands across design, motion and digital. Following a recent restructure, we’re looking for a Production / Delivery Manager to bring structure, clarity and control to how work flows through the business.

This is a key role focused on making the team more efficient, improving delivery, and enabling growth — not just managing projects, but improving how we operate.

The Role

You will own the day-to-day delivery of work across the studio, ensuring projects are planned, resourced and delivered smoothly.

You’ll work closely with our Account Director and creative team to remove bottlenecks, improve workflows and bring visibility to capacity and timelines.

Success in this role means:

  • The team knows what they’re working on and when
  • Work is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Senior team members are focused on growth, not admin
  • The studio runs in a calm, organised and proactive way

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage studio workflow across design, motion and social projects
  • Plan and allocate resource across the team based on capacity and priorities
  • Own project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Work with Account Director to prioritise incoming work and manage expectations
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or delivery risks early
  • Improve internal processes and introduce more efficient ways of working
  • Ensure accurate tracking of time and project progress
  • Support smoother handovers from brief through to delivery
  • Bring structure and consistency to how projects are managed across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a creative agency or studio environment
  • Strong understanding of design and/or motion workflows
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Confident working with creative teams and understanding how they operate
  • Proactive mindset — you spot problems and fix them before they escalate
  • Comfortable introducing structure and holding people accountable
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience using project management tools (e.g. Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Streamtime)
  • Experience improving or implementing processes within a creative team
  • Understanding of utilisation, resourcing and agency operations

Why This Role Matters

We are at a point where demand is strong, but our delivery needs more structure to support growth.

This role will:

  • Unlock additional capacity within the existing team
  • Improve quality and consistency of output
  • Allow senior team members to focus on growing the business
  • Create a more organised, scalable way of working

Location & Working

  • Hybrid working (Kenilworth + remote)
  • Full-time
