About the Studio

Our client is a dynamic, employee-owned studio in Bristol, creating people-focused, innovative interior spaces across commercial, hospitality, workplace, and private residential projects. The studio is inclusive and collaborative, encouraging staff to contribute ideas and have a voice in how the studio operates. Designers are supported in developing their careers while exploring bold, “maximalist” or alternative design solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join the Bristol studio. You’ll work closely with the team to develop concepts, produce visuals, and support projects across all RIBA stages. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects, while shaping your own creative contributions within a supportive, design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to interior design projects across commercial, hospitality, workplace, and private residential developments
  • Produce materials, finishes, specifications, and visuals
  • Work with 3D CAD and BIM software (SketchUp, Revit) to deliver accurate design documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to ensure design quality and project delivery
  • Support the creation of innovative, functional, and visually compelling interior environments

About You

  • Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Excellent SketchUp and good Revit skills
  • Solid product knowledge and specification experience
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Creative, proactive, and open to alternative design solutions

Desirable

  • Rendering skills (Enscape)
  • Experience with traditional contracts or AI tools in design
