About the Role

You’ll play a critical part in supporting our RTR transformation roadmap, acting as the “right hand” to the GPO during a period of significant system and structural change. Key projects include:

  • Embed new reconciliation processes and support the rollout of the ARCS tool across the business.
  • Design and implement robust processes to reconcile intercompany balances and resolve long-standing complexities.
  • Assist in implementing cross-validation rules in the chart of accounts to enhance data integrity.
  • Lead initiatives across journals, projects, and receipt accounting to reduce manual effort and accelerate month-end close.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain high-quality SOPs and user guides for all new system modules and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Finance Operations and IT to meet project milestones.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise in RTR processes, including month-end close and reconciliations
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, particularly General Ledger
  • Experience in process improvement, process mapping, and system-driven automation
  • Strong project coordination skills, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable pivoting between multiple projects as priorities shift
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify gaps and opportunities during the team’s structural transition
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Translate technical system changes into simple, actionable steps
  • A desire to understand the “why” behind processes and data, with a drive to improve
