Drayton Partners are thrilled to be partnering with a high growth, digitally native ecommerce business in the appointment of a Chief Product Officer. This role will be critical in defining and leading the end to end product strategy, ensuring product direction, execution and performance are tightly aligned to the growth ambitions of the business.

In this senior leadership role, responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the end to end product strategy, translating long term vision into clear category direction, range architecture and option level plans.
  • Leading cross functional alignment across product, creative, commercial, supply chain and analytics to ensure clarity and consistent execution.
  • Partnering closely with design to balance creative ambition with commercial and operational reality.
  • Setting standards across quality, materials, margin and timelines, ensuring disciplined critical path delivery.
  • Leading global supplier and sourcing strategy with accountability for quality, cost, scalability and delivery.
  • Using data and insight to guide trading decisions and continuous product evolution across sales, margin, stock and customer sentiment.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Significant senior level product leadership experience within a direct to consumer ecommerce environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing margin, performance and investment decisions.
  • High level of data fluency, with the ability to translate insight into clear, actionable product decisions.
  • Proven experience leading and developing cross functional product, buying and technical teams.

This role will be based in London, with 3 days a week in office.
