Hybrid Community Occupational Therapist: Mentorship & Growth

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council is seeking a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist to join our community health team. You will assess clients’ capabilities, guide colleagues, and promote person-centred care across home and community settings.

Based in the borough, you’ll work three days on-site with two days of hybrid home-working, participate in DBS processes, and support residents to achieve independence and well-being.
