Senior Field Care Supervisor – Home Care for Seniors

McCarthy Stone is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to lead a new domiciliary care service across parts of West Sussex, Surrey and South London. You will oversee personal care and lifestyle support, supervise a team, and ensure care plans reflect each resident’s needs and preferences.

Role requires 2+ years supervisory care experience, a Level 2 (or higher) Health & Social Care qualification, and a full UK driving licence.
