The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and adaptable secretary to join the firm as a Hub Legal Secretary, providing flexible secretarial support across whichever department needs it at any given time. No two days will be the same – you’ll gain broad exposure across the business while playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly for fee earners and their teams.
Responsibilities
- Providing responsive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners across multiple departments as required
- Audio and copy typing of correspondence, documents and legal paperwork
- Diary and email management
- Liaising with clients professionally, both on the phone and in person
- Preparing and formatting documents to a high standard
- General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is highly desirable, but not essential
- Established secretaries from other professional sectors with strong administrative or PA experience are warmly encouraged to apply
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different teams and priorities
- Strong typing accuracy and speed
- A professional, personable manner and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and prioritising a varied workload
