About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer to join a dedicated AVD support function responsible for delivering a secure, stable, and high‑performing remote working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the AVD specialist within the team, you will:
Support and administer the full Azure Virtual Desktop estate
Provide hands‑on support to end users within a dedicated AVD support team
Manage host pools, images, user/application access, resource groups and overall AVD configuration
Optimise and support multi‑user environments using FSLogix and NetApp (or equivalent technologies)
Ensure high availability, resilience and disaster recovery across all AVD components
Participate in an xwzovoh on‑call rota (1‑in‑3)
Travel occasionally to the Gloucester Business Park site when required (remote-first role)
