The role:
You’ll take the lead on shaping and evolving the performance marketing strategy across a range of paid channels, managing significant budgets and identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and optimisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the strategy and performance of key acquisition channels including Paid Social, Search and Affiliates
- Managing and optimising substantial marketing budgets to maximise ROI
- Identifying new growth opportunities and testing new channels, formats and approaches
- Driving a data‑led approach to performance, balancing CAC with long‑term customer value
- Partnering closely with brand, creative and product teams to improve conversion and customer journeys
- Leading experimentation and continuous optimisation across campaigns
- Analysing performance data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high‑performing team culture

- Strong experience in performance marketing within a high‑growth B2C, tech or financial services environment
- Proven track record managing multi‑channel acquisition strategies and delivering measurable growth
