Responsibilities

• Shape and execute group-wide financial strategy
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and risk across multiple sites
• Partner with operational teams to optimize commercial performance
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance function
• Drive M&A activity, acquisitions, and integration initiatives
• Get hands-on with the finance function: spotting opportunities, implementing efficiencies, and delivering cost savings

What You Are

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with senior finance leadership experience
• Experienced in leading a finance function in a multi-brand or multi-site environment
• Proven M&A experience and commercial acumen
• Board-level communicator, decisive, and commercially minded
• People-oriented leader who can inspire and develop teams
• Practical, penny-wise mindset with a focus on cost control and value creation
