This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with TUPE experience who enjoys working at pace, collaborating with operational leaders and guiding stakeholders through complex processes with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
TUPE Gain
- Provide expert TUPE guidance to Operations and act as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
- Liaise with outgoing contractors, review ELI data, spot risks and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Prepare essential TUPE documentation including scripts, letters, measures and welcome packs.
- Attend mobilization meetings and give clear, concise updates.
- Support consultation training sessions and collaborate with teams such as Timegate, HR Support and TUPE Admin.
- Work proactively to ensure new starters have seamless onboarding, including right‑to‑work and DBS checks.
TUPE Loss
- Advise Operations teams on TUPE compliance and best practice during service transitions.
- Work professionally with incoming suppliers to ensure smooth communication and aligned processes.
- Oversee medium and large‑scale TUPE losses, including data reviews, rep elections and contractor queries.
- Produce consultation materials and support regional HR teams with training resources.
- Attend demobilisation meetings and provide informed updates and recommendations.

Essential Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, process driven and a “get things finished” mindset.
- TUPE knowledge, previous HR advisory experience and confidence advising managers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with data and confident using Excel.
Desirable
- CIPD Level 3 or above.
