An experienced Contracts Manager looking to progress in a growing Midlands-based company expanding operations. The company’s ideal location allows convenient commutes for local projects.

Duties

• Monitoring progression on site and day-to-day operations on projects
• Continually managing performance against contracts programme
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Producing monthly updates to the Operations Director on project performance
• Arranging resources for project delivery

Requirements

• SMSTS certification
• Ability to commute as and when required
• Experience working in residential groundworks as a Contracts Manager
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Remuneration

• £70,000 to £100,000 p.a.
